After spending nearly a decade working at McKinsey & Co. both with clients in the Organization Practice, and internally as a facilitator and coach, I specialize in promoting transformational change in people, by helping leaders gain greater awareness and clarity from which to lead. My philosophy is that my clients are inherently creative, resourceful, and whole.

Coaching with Laura was so helpful as I was grappling with a difficult work decision. She was so creative in how she helped me clarify what was really important to me and then gave me steps to apply this to weigh my options.
