Work With Me
One-on-one coaching
In one-on-one coaching, clients typically come to me for a presenting reason (e.g., a foggy vision or confusion on what they really want, a growth area where they are stuck, an unrealized ambition, etc.), and through coaching, gain greater clarity on what is really going on, removing barriers real and imagined to getting the result they desire.
Many of my clients are:
-
Founders
-
Senior Executives
-
Managers
-
Emerging Leaders

How can I help you?
Some of the questions clients bring to our sessions...
I have a big job, and feel really fragmented. What are my priorities?
What would it look like to make clear decisions without overthinking it?
I am burning out. How can I set and share boundaries?
I have an itch... Is it time for a change of career or role? What would I do?
How can I be more inspirational to others?
How do I have a tough conversation I have been avoiding?
How can I access a steady fount of confidence and get past this self-doubt?
I think I need a fresh perspective to look at a tricky topic.
How can I build a support team around me to help me grow?
I need help incorporating some developmental feedback.

Many people wonder whether a therapist or a coach is right for them? What is the difference?
Washington Post, 2022: "Although both professions can help you get to a better place than where you began, therapists are trained to treat mental illness or other significant emotional and relational concerns, while coaches seek to help you elevate performance in a specific area."
I think of therapy as looking backwards to understand and heal in the present, and coaching as using information in the present to look forward and plan ahead, in my case on work-related topics. There is overlap in that description in the space of the here and now.

I am not a mental health provider or therapist. I am a coach. And while not required, I love coaching clients who are also in therapy. I find these are individuals who recognize when the coaching topic has deep roots into their past, or shows up as a repeating pattern. People can benefit immensely from working through their past and patterns with a trained mental health provider alongside coaching
