King Leigh Coaching

My name is Laura King Leigh. I am inspired by transformation. I particularly enjoy working with clients who are in a period of transition or challenge in their work lives, however that may be defined. It's in these times of turbulence when the earth shakes up a little (or a lot) and becomes loose; then we can plant seeds that will grow into something beautiful. It's well understood that change doesn’t come about from a place of "should," "supposed to" or even just intellectual thinking. Change comes when we engage our emotions and spirit, when we are inspired, when we access the wisdom of both hemispheres of the brain and the body, and when we learn tools to identify and address those inner narratives that hold us back.

My clients describe my coaching approach as being intuitive, experiential and interactive, creative, and data-backed. I love helping my clients access unseen wisdom that has been right there all along, just as much as I love supporting them in their growth and learning, and in envisioning and creating a future that is utterly thrilling.
